Live Grad Prep Webinar Series
September 8-October 6

In the weeks leading up to the Virtual Fair and Roundtables, we are hosting a series of live Grad Prep Webinars where we will discuss the graduate school exploration process and share important information on the Graduate School application at Cornell. You will receive calendar invitations for each of these sessions in your registration confirmation email.

Virtual Exhibit Hall
Friday, October 9
11:00 AM – 3:00 PM ET

Each participating graduate field will have a virtual booth within our Virtual Exhibit Hall where you can browse information, documents, and pre-recorded videos. Each booth will include a downloadable Graduate Program Fact Sheet for the programs that specific field offers. The Virtual Exhibit Hall will remain open until November 15, 2026.

Live Graduate Program Roundtable Discussions
Friday, October 9
Times Vary

Each participating graduate field will host a live, one-hour, open-format group Roundtable discussion during the fair on October 9th. Each field’s Roundtable runs during a specific one-hour window during the fair, so be sure to check the schedule for that field’s scheduled time. There’s no set agenda for the Roundtables system. It’s simply a chance for you to drop by, ask questions, and hear directly from the field’s representatives. The Roundtable Discussions will not be recorded.

The times for the live events are not convenient for me. Can I still participate?

The event platform will remain open until November 15, 2026, and you can visit the booths and on-demand sessions whenever it is convenient for you during this time. Real-time, online connections through the site will not be possible after the October 9th fair has concluded; however, contact information for each booth will be provided, and you can reach out to the representatives that way.

Can I log in and out throughout the event?

Yes, you can log in and out at any time throughout the live events and until November 15, 2026.

What do I need to participate in this event?

You will need to register using the attendee registration button on the home page. Once registered, you will receive a confirmation message with calendar invites for each live session and the virtual fair so you can add them to your calendar. We are currently finalizing the list of participating programs and the time for their respective Roundtable discussions, and we will email that information to you separately as soon as it becomes available.
